I offer one or half day jewellery workshops introducing adults and children to the fun art of fimo bead making.
This workshop will introduce you on how to make hundreds of different types of bead creations using fimo polymer clay. Using the wide range of colours and effects that fimo offers, you will learn how to make
- spirals
- bullseyes
- striped
- checkerboard
- millefiori canes
- rolling
- cutting and shaping the clay
- making balls
- piercing balls
- choosing colours
- colour mixing
- making patterns
- baking your beads
You will be shown what tools and materials are used and how to thread your finished beads, pendants and charms on to cotton cord, wire or magic stretch nylon cord to complete your necklace, bracelet or earings.
